These 5 plants made it through  the winter and are doing well.  Artichockes take 180-360 days to produce.

This better fits the description of Vinca Major, except that the petiole is not hairy, so I assume it is Vinca Minor.



Mustard
This makes a good potherb. It can be used like spinach or in salad.  I generally consider it a weed and don't let it go to seed.
